TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Entrants must be 18 years or over.
2. No Purchase Necessary.
3. This promotion is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man, excluding the employees and their immediate families of Cadbury, their agents and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
4. Entries are limited to one per mobile phone number only.
5. To enter the prize draw, entrants should text STAR to 53341. Expect a confirmation text reply within 24 hours.
6. Texts will be charged at your normal service provider rate, typically 10p-12p. Please note that these texts may not be included in text-inclusive packages. You will receive a message confirming your entry, and this will incur no charge. The Promoter takes no responsibility for texts that are delayed or undelivered due to network problems or for any other reason. Ensure the permission of the mobile phone bill payer is obtained prior to entering.
7. All entries must be received by midnight, 9 July 2008.
8. 271 prize winners will be selected under independent supervision and the winners will be notified by text within three weeks of the closing date.
9. The major prize winner will be the first name selected and the runner up prize winners will be the next consecutive 270 names selected at random by an automated system at midnight on the draw date.
10. The owners of the mobile phone that winning text entries have been sent from will be the winners of the prizes. Full details of each prize are listed below:

1. Major Prize: there is one major prize package:
   
   
   1. Trip (2 adults) to New York. Return Delta Airlines flights from London, five nights accommodation in a 5* hotel in a twin or double room, return airport transfers, travel insurance and UK departure taxes, a three course lunch at either Tavern on the green, Fredericks lounge or Megu (£75 per person allowance), an evening meal at Maze (£125 per person allowance), a TV and Movie tour of the city, a 2-hour personal shopping experience at Bloomingdales and a Helicopter tour of New York and Manhattan. The holiday is valid for travel until 30.04.09. If the prize is not booked and taken by this date it will be declared invalid and will not be redistributed. Excludes travel on or over bank holidays, bank holiday weekend and the Christmas or New Year period. Any traveller under 16 will only be able to travel with a parent or legal guardian. Travellers aged between 16-18 years will require written permission from their parent or legal guardian before they can travel and will have to travel with a person over 18 years of age. The prize winner is responsible for their travel to and from the UK airport. Spending money and expenses are not included. You will need personal money to cover the cost of meals (other than those detailed in the prize description), drinks, souvenirs and items of a personal nature. Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to vary details of the prize, or substitute a prize of greater or equivalent value should unforeseen circumstances require it. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure that both travellers are in possession of a valid passport and visa for any country you are to visit. No liability is accepted for participants that cannot travel because of insufficient or incorrect documentation. Travel insurance, including medical cover, will be taken out on your behalf. Travel insurance will not cover your existing medical conditions. A copy of the policy is available on request. You should check that any existing personal insurance, mortgage or assurance or other relevant policies are not negated whilst participating in any holiday or activity.
      
      
2. Runner-Up Prizes: there are a total of 270 runner-up prizes:
   
   
   1. 10 VIP shopping experiences at Topshop. Winners will receive a Topshop shopping spree experience with a Style Advisor including £100 gift card to spend. Lunch will be included in the stores that have a restaurant for the winner and a friend. Winners are responsible for their travel to and from Topshop. Appointments for the shopping experience are subject to availability at time of booking.
   2. 10 signed Joss Stone albums. Winners will receive their album in the form of a CD. Joss Stone albums will be received within 28 days.
   3. 50 Superdrug vouchers worth £10 each. The voucher can be redeemed at any Superdrug store in the UK for full or part payment of any product.
   4. 100 Flake Moments. Flake Moments will be received within 28 days.
   5. 100 sets of four Flake bars. Winners will receive one Flake Classic bar, one Flake Dark bar, one Flake Praline bar and one Flake Dipped bar. Flake bars will be received within 28 days.
      
      
3. The prizes are as specified and no cash or other alternatives are available except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless specifically agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes must be taken by the winners in person.

5. The winners may be required to participate in unpaid publicity resulting from this promotion.
6. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered as a result of taking a prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Entry into the prize draw signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The winner must accept all Terms and Conditions, including any further Terms and Conditions which relate specifically to their prize, in order to be eligible to claim it.
8. The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
